Warranty and insurance work
We work closely with mechanical warranty companies and insurance companies, and deal with them directly so you are not chasing the paperwork.
Luan went out of his way to accommodate us. We had a very tight timeline in which the vehicle needed to be ready, including getting a new WOF and having new tyres fitted. He managed to get everything sorted within the hour. Incredible service, communication, and commitment to making it happen.
I dropped my car off before 8 and received a call at 10:30 to say the work had been done and was ready to collect. It was seamless and the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. I have used GVI for many years and would not go anywhere else.

Great service. The staff are very accomodating and nice. They are very reliable and it gives you a relief that your car is taking care of. And they did a series of test to diagnose what happened and gave a clear explanation on what's going on. They have provided a nice courtesy car to use while your car stayed at their shop.
